We offer side lying massage with comfy memory foam cushions. You are also able to lay on your back as the table elevates your upper body.
During pregnancy we recommend coming in along the same frequency as your provider appointments, or more if needed.

San Diego Community Birth Center

We donate $5 from each massage or service to The San Diego Community Birth Center where they work against the black maternal death rate locally.
