For craniosacral wear comfortable clothing. For massage we only uncover the area we are working on, so you can remove what clothing you are comfortable with.

From infancy through teenage years

If your appointment is booked near your due date we keep in touch the day before for signs of labor. We recommend giving our number to a friend or family member so they can cancel for you, if needed.

We ask that you provide a 24 hour cancellation notice. If canceled under 24 hours, 50% of the service cost will be owed. If canceled within 4 hours, the full amount of the service is owed. If you can find someone else to come in your place, the cancellation fee will be waived.

To provide all clients the best service and care, if late arrival, the time will be deducted from your session.

We recommend coming in within 3- 4 weeks after delivery. You are welcome to come in earlier if you feel ready. Side lying massage is provided if you had a cesarean for the first few weeks, and longer if needed.

We offer side lying massage with comfy memory foam cushions. You are also able to lay face up. The table elevates at the upper body, so you won’t be flat on your back

During pregnancy we recommend coming in along the same frequency as your provider appointments, or more if needed.
For postpartum and after we recommend monthly massages.
